The Competition Council has announced the sanctioning of 10 credit institutions, with total fines of 3.73 billion lei, for anti-competitive practices related to the method of setting the ROBOR index. The decision brings back into discussion a question with a direct impact on thousands of debtors: can ROBOR compensation be obtained from banks?
